Derby Draft (derbydraft.app) is operated by CardFix. When you use the site or buy anything on it, your agreement is with CardFix. If you keep using the service, you accept these terms.

The service

Derby Draft is a browser game where you draft football XIs, play 1v1 and cup matches, and take part in daily challenges. Most of it is free. The Daily Goal Archive is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks past daily challenges for your account.

Accounts

You can play as a guest. If you create an account, keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with its security, for example malware, probing, scraping or overloading the site;
• manipulating leaderboards or scores, or reverse engineering or reselling the service.

Intellectual property

CardFix owns the service and its software, design and branding. You may use it for personal, non-commercial play. Club crests, player names and photos belong to their respective owners.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. The Daily Goal Archive costs $5 USD as a one-time purchase linked to your signed-in account; it is not a subscription. Taxes and any payment-specific terms are shown at checkout. Where full compliance handling applies, Stripe handles tax compliance, disputes and transaction-level support. Service level

We work to keep Derby Draft running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Ratings and simulations are for entertainment only. As far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break the rules. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Liability

As far as the law allows, CardFix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
