We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@cardfix.dk with the email address on your account and your receipt. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. If you get a refund, the archive unlock is removed from your account. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
